Returns and shipments
Orodent Srl guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days for domestic shipments.
Shipping is FREE.
Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday through Friday; the courier will make two delivery attempts.
If the courier delivers a damaged, wet, or open package, please accept it only with reservations. Please specify the reasons for reservations on the consignment note before signing (e.g., open package, wet package, etc.).
Return terms and costs:
You can return any purchased product within 15 days of receiving it.
Please note: Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it, with all internal labels and tags attached and not stained, damaged, or used.
The cost for return package collection in Italy is €8, which will be deducted directly from the cost of the returned goods.
1 BOOK YOUR RETURN
Please contact our customer service team at sales@orodent.com or by phone at 0456450635 and let us know your return intentions. We will arrange for the GLS express courier to collect your item on the day and at your preferred address.
2 PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place the items in the same box in which you received them.
3 DELIVER THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER
The courier will collect the return at the address and on the date specified in the online return procedure.
4 GET YOUR REFUND
After receiving and verifying the return, we will refund the returned items and credit the corresponding amount in the same manner with which the purchase was made.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.
