MAXIMUM AESTHETICS IN TOTAL SAFETY
EOS zirconia disc is ideal for making highly aesthetic structures while maintaining strength and safety.
With its four colour layers, EOS has got a progressive flexural strength ranging from 900 MPa in the enamel to 1100 MPa in the neck area.
Thanks to its translucency (from 45% in the neck to 48% in the enamel area), it is possible to make high aesthetic value restorations.

Why choose Orodent Eos 900/1100 Mpa zirconia?
100% TOSOH POWDERS
We use exclusively certified TOSOH powders because they guarantee the highest purity and the best manufacturing standards in terms of eco-friendliness, strength and aesthetics.
Simplicity of use
Orodent zirconia is pre-sintered at a low temperature in order to provide an easy-to-process material which wears tools down to a minimum, thus extending tools’ life.
Versatile and safe
EOS multilayer 900/1100 MPa allows to create a wide range of restorations: single crowns (front, side and back), reduced bridges, full bridges up to 12 units (max 2 pontics).

New aesthetic results
Its progressive translucency, which reaches 48% in the enamel, guarantees high aesthetic results that accurately reproduce the colour and aspect of natural teeth.
Natural Aesthetics
Its translucency (48%) guarantees excellent aesthetic results in all colours.
Range of thicknesses and colours
Orodent Eos 900/1100 MPa is available in 14 colours and 6 thicknesses.
Orodent Colorodent Gold and SuperColori lines also allow the infiltration and characterisation of all types of multilayer zirconia before sintering.
Range of applications
Orodent EOS 900/1100 MPa is ideal for the fabrication of high esthetic yield work (48 percent translucency), while still maintaining high standards in device safety. Depending on your needs, you can choose between a monolithic solution, cut-back technique or micro-stratification.
- Single crowns
- Three-unit bridges
- Full bridges up to 12 units and Toronto bridges (max 2 pontics)

ADVANTAGES OF LOW-TEMPERATURE PRE-SINTERING
All Orodent discs, manufactured entirely in Castelnuovo del Garda, are pre-sintered at a low temperature for better workability.
Pre-sintering in this way allows to have the material in the chalky state (not vitrified) offering important advantages:
- – good workability with the possibility of finishing the prosthesis with hand tools before sintering
- longer tools’ life (up to 700 elements with a bur for roughing)
- the extended time in the furnace ensures the homogeneity of the pre-sintering heat treatment, which makes it possible to obtain a good hold on the thinnest parts
Sintering
Sintering is the key step in the entire process. It is during this step that zirconia acquires all its properties of translucency and flexural strength.
Orodent has developed 4 sintering programs that must be chosen according to the thicknesses of the prosthesis: in particular, the heat treatment must ensure homogeneous heating between the inner and outer layers of the prosthesis to achieve homogeneous and three-dimensional shrinkage, paying special attention to prostheses that have elements of different thicknesses.

THE INNOVATIVE MULTI-LAYERED COMPOSITION
Orodent EOS 900/1100 MPa is designed for the creation of structures that reproduce the characteristics of natural teeth.
The progressive strength of 900/1100 MPa makes it a suitable material for the creation of a wide range of restorations.

Orodent Multilayer discs can be infiltrated and characterized by brush with liquids from the Colorodent Gold and SuperColors lines. After sintering, the work can be completed using Stains mixed with glaze.
SHADE SELECTION
To obtain the exact desired shade, it is important to consider that the result will depend mainly on the thickness: the thicker the structure, the less translucency and brightness will be.
6 thicknesses: 12,14,16,18,20,22 mm

Full elements will result more saturated, therefore in a darker colour. In these cases, we suggest to choose a less saturated shade than desired and finalize with stains after sintering.
