Perché scegliere la zirconia Orodent Thor 1200 Mpa
100% TOSOH POWDERS
We use exclusively certified TOSOH powders because they guarantee the highest purity and the best manufacturing standards in terms of eco-friendliness, strength and aesthetics.
ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION
The multilayer Orodent Thor 1200 MPa offers the highest resistance and excellent natural aesthetics: it allows the creation of any type of work, from single crowns to full arch structures and restorations with gingival parts.
Simplicity of use
Orodent zirconia is pre-sintered at a low temperature in order to provide an easy-to-process material that wears tools down to a minimum, thus extending tools’ life.

Natural Aesthetics
Its 45% translucency guarantees an excellent aesthetic result in all shades.
Highest Safety
The flexural strength of Orodent Thor is 1200 MPa across the whole height of the disc, ensuring maximum safety for any type of restoration.
Full range of thicknesses and colours
Orodent Thor 1200 MPa is available in 14 colours and 7 thicknesses. Orodent Colorodent Gold and SuperColori lines also allow the infiltration and characterisation of all types of multilayer zirconia before sintering. THE INNOVATIVE MULTI-LAYERED COMPOSITION
Orodent Thor is designed with four layers of color and a unique strength of 1200 MPa from the cervical to the cusp.
The four layers of Thor 1200 MPa create a continuous gradient from the incisal to the dentin, just like a natural tooth.

Orodent Multilayer discs can be infiltrated and characterized by brush with liquids from the Colorodent Gold and SuperColors lines. After sintering, the work can be completed using Stains mixed with glaze.
SHADE SELECTION
To obtain the exact desired shade, it is important to consider that the result will depend mainly on the thickness: the thicker the structure, the less translucency and brightness will be.
7 Thicknesses: 12,14,16,18,20,22,25 mm

Full elements will result more saturated, therefore in a darker colour. In these cases, we suggest to choose a less saturated shade than desired and finalize with stains after sintering.
